For DJ and event companies

From “I found you online” to booked, signed, paid and planned.

GigBlueprint runs a DJ or event company’s bookings online: the client picks a date and a package, sees the price, signs the agreement, pays the retainer and plans the event, in English or Spanish, without a phone call.

What it does

Booking

  • A booking page with your packages and add-ons, and the price adding up as the client chooses.
  • An availability calendar, with how many events you can take on a date.
  • Quotes it can’t price on its own come to you to price and approve first, and clients get follow-ups while a quote is still open.

Agreements

  • Your own agreement, signed online and countersigned by you, in Spanish too if you write a Spanish version.
  • Each signed agreement kept as a PDF, with an agreement number.

Payments

  • Card payments through your own Stripe account: the retainer at signing, then a payment schedule.
  • Autopay for the balance if the client chooses it, reminder emails before and after a due date, and receipts.
  • Money due and money received at a glance, with exports for your spreadsheet.

Client planning

  • A client portal: what’s paid and owed, a checklist, messages with you, and the signed agreement.
  • A planning worksheet for the event, and must-play and do-not-play lists.
  • Song requests from guests through a QR code, and a read-only page for the venue or planner.

The night itself

  • A DJ sheet for each event, as a page or PDF, that can be saved on a phone for places without signal.
  • Your team assigned to each event, and a private calendar feed for each of them.
  • Gear tracked against the dates it’s needed.

Your company, your name

  • Your name on every page and email, your colour on your pages, and your logo on agreements and DJ sheets.
  • Your own web address, on request.
  • Email sent from your own address through your provider, if you connect it.
  • Staff sign-in with a password and a second step, and a log of who changed what.

Status

In development

GigBlueprint isn’t open for sign-up yet, and its pricing hasn’t been set. It grew out of the booking system a working DJ company uses every week, and it’s being made ready for other companies now.
